Every partnership runs six to eight weeks of discovery and build, then six months of ongoing rhythm. Here's the shape of it.

01 / Week 1–2

Listen. The honest conversation.

A long interview where you tell us who you actually are — the neighborhood you grew up in, the clients you actually want, the marketing you've been quietly embarrassed by. We'll audit everything you have. No pitch yet.

02 / Week 3–5

Build. The identity and the surfaces.

We design the mark, the wordmark, the palette, the voice. Then we build the surfaces — the website, the email templates, the social system, the print. Everything in one pass so nothing fights with anything else.

03 / Week 6–8

Launch. Quietly, then loudly.

A soft rollout to your sphere first — the people who know you. A public launch two weeks later, with a story, a newsletter, and a short film if it fits. Then the ongoing rhythm begins.

04 / Month 3–9

Tend. The months after.

Monthly newsletters, quarterly postcards, the social calendar, listing launches. We're on a retainer — not a project basis — because brands compound. The work happens every month, not once.
